Copyright Student Material
Whether to use student materials in your class or for public display will depend upon the relationship of the student at Austin Community College District (ACC).
The typical ACC student who is not employed with the college is the copyright holder to any original works he or she creates, such as papers, tests, e-mails, and so on. However, if the student is employed at ACC, any work created by the student within the scope of employment belongs to the college.
