Micro-Credentials
While badging and micro-credentials are new at Austin Community College (ACC), some ACC areas already offer them. These badges for faculty, students, or staff fall into one of three categories: competency, participation, and achievement. Micro-credentials are awards based on a certified mastery of competencies through short-term learning experiences.
