The Texas Community College Teachers Association (TCCTA) will host its 79th Annual Convention in Frisco, Texas, Feb. 18-20, 2026.
Here is your chance to network, learn from your colleagues, connect with other professionals who “get it” and grow. Get ready for an inspiring and energizing professional adventure! The TCCTA Convention is back and better than ever! This year’s event takes place February 18–20, 2026, at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center in Frisco, TX and guess what? Austin Community College (ACC) will cover your registration cost!
This convention is packed with opportunities to learn, network, and prepare for an amazing spring semester! Plus, you’ll get to meet colleagues from across the state while discovering innovative ideas to bring back to your classroom and campus.

- Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 3, 2026
- Registration Cost: Covered by ACC for ALL faculty if registered by the deadline.
- Travel & Meals: Please request prior approval and funding for meals and travel from your department before registering. The Chancellor’s Office does not cover travel or meal expenses.
- Membership Requirement: None – you do NOT need to be a TCCTA member to attend!

When registering for the TCCTA 79th Annual Convention, eligible faculty should:

- Log in to the TCCTA member portal here (create an account if you don’t already have one)
- Select the TCCTA 79th Annual Convention registration link
- Add the appropriate convention ticket
- Enter the discount code INSTITUTION at checkout (the discount code will apply the direct billing benefit and allow registration to be completed without payment.)

**** Please note: ACC must pay your registration fee once you hit the submit button. It will range from $195-$240, depending on whether you are a member. So, it is essential that you are committed to attending before registering. Those registered but who do not attend will need to reimburse the College. Additionally, per the TCCTA Annual Conference Administrative Rule 4.0505.03, “Classes are in session during the annual conference; therefore, faculty wishing to attend must follow departmental guidelines regarding class coverage.”
