TCCTA’s 78th Annual Convention will be in Houston, Texas! Here is your chance to network, learn from your colleagues, connect with other professionals who “get it” and grow.
A TCCTA Convention badge is your all-access pass to the best classroom pedagogy and technology, community college-specific exhibitors, nationally renowned speakers, and a state-wide network of peers and education partners. The Convention welcomes over 80 colleges and offers over 150 programs. Join us for the biggest event of the year!
TCCTA Membership
If you would like to join TCCTA details are below.
Please Note: A TCCTA membership is required to attend the TCCTA Annual Convention in February 2025.
Member Fees: FT – $45, Part-Time – $35
Austin Community College (ACC) pays the convention registration fee (in accordance with Administrative Rule #4.0505.03: TCCTA Annual Conference) for faculty to attend the TCCTA convention, but you must be a member to attend.
Important: The Teaching and Learning Excellence Division (TLED) will not reimburse travel costs for any TCCTA conference/convention.

How to log in and join/renew:

- Go to the new TCCTA Member Community.
- You will need to reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password”. Please check your spam folder for the reset link in case you don’t find it in your regular inbox.
- Log into TCCTA.
- Top right, click on your initials and choose “Edit Your Profile”.
- On the left side of the screen, you’ll find tabs for Profile (to update general information such as your address and college), Membership (you can update your membership type), Payment (auto-renew options are available here), or Notification (communication frequency).
- Join TCCTA for the 2024-25 year (September 1 – August 31). Note: Joining TCCTA with liability insurance is optional.
Convention Registration
How to register for the Convention:
- To register for the 78th Annual Convention, simply go to TCCTA Annual Convention webpage and choose “Register Now” on the left side of the webpage.
- Make sure you are logged in as a member for the most convenient registration, otherwise, you can submit your information once you get to the registration page.
- When you click Register, you will see a list of colleges that pay for attendance, simply click on Austin Community College and if you are logged in, you will automatically be registered, if not, simply complete the registration form with your information.
