Intersession Information

Please see below the updated hours and locations for Educational Technology Support (ETS) and Student Technology Services (STS), beginning on Monday, December 16 through the Winter Intersession.

Educational Technology Support

• • • December 16 – December 20: All campus locations will be closed to walk-in support. Phone support will be available.
    • December 21 – January 1: All campus locations will be closed to walk-in support. Phone support will not be available.
    • January 2 – January 3: All campus locations will be closed to walk-in support. Phone support will be available.
    • January 6: All campuses resume in-person and virtual support.

As a reminder, the Educational Technology Support (ETS) team provides a single phone number and email address to request support or training throughout the ACC District. Computer Centers & Student Technology Distribution

December 16, 2024 – January 12, 2025

• • • Highland Campus (HLC) Teaching & Learning Center (room 1.1311) – technology distribution only
    • December 16 – December 20: New Operating Hours (see below)
      • • • December 21 – January 1: Closed for Winter Break
          • January 2 – January 3: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
          • January 6: Resumes new operating hours (see below)
          • All other Computer Centers and technology distribution locations will be closed.

January 13, 2025: All Computer Centers and technology distribution locations will resume normal operating hours.

New Operating Hours for Highland Campus (HLC) Technology Distribution Location

To better meet the needs of our students, we are revising our hours for the Highland Campus (HLC) technology distribution location (room 1.1311). This change includes extended hours on Wednesdays for those students who are unable to get to campus during normal business hours.

• • • Monday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This change takes effect on December 16 and will continue until further notice.

Student Technology Support

The Student Help Desk (including access to Student Technology Services (STS) for technical support), will have normal operating hours during intersession, with the exception of when the College is closed from December 23, 2024 – January 1, 2025.

    • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
    • Sunday: Closed
