Next Generation Leadership Academy

The Next Generation Leadership Academy (NGLA) is a year-long program offered by Civitas Learning to support the development of leaders in higher education. Cohort participants are appointed by senior leadership.

The participants meet and complete work online in engaging and interactive learning sessions covering a variety of topics including equity, access and completion, learning models, policy, funding and analytics, among others related to higher education.

NGLA was first offered at ACC in the 2017-2018 academic year.  The program is currently hosting our second cohort.
