Classroom Technology Help
Educational technologists are the first point of contact for day-to-day classroom support at your campus. They can help with:
- Audio-visual technology in classrooms
- Training on the use of classroom equipment and technology
- Analyzing hardware and software functionality in classrooms
- Identifying and resolving problems within the scope of their authority and knowledge
Assistance for media and classroom technology is available from the Educational Technology Support team. Faculty can check out equipment—see a list of available equipment.
Educational technologists also provide advanced software and peripherals support, training, and assistance to faculty and staff in the Teaching & Learning Centers (TLCs). They are available for consultations, recommendations, training, and direct support for on-campus needs such as video conferencing and special events.
