Office of Curriculum Management
The Teaching and Learning Excellence Division (TLED) Office of Curriculum Management assists deans, department chairs, and coordinators with the development and maintenance of course schedules for Credit, Credit for Prior Learning (CPL), Continuing Education (CE), and Adult Education (AE) programs.
The office supports instructional programs with the development and maintenance of catalog course inventories, award plans, and program maps, and collaborates with college stakeholders to develop and maintain the Austin Community College (ACC) Catalog & Student Handbook.
Our Work
- Ensures award plans and scheduling remain in compliance with state and federal reporting.
- Manages and processes academic and workforce curriculum/program additions, revisions, and expirations.
- Provides guidance and support with First Day Inclusive Access and Open Educational Resources/Zero Textbook Cost course materials coding, including applying applicable First Day fees.
- Supports strategic scheduling with the Ad Astra room scheduling software applications.

ACC’s Program Review process for instructional units provides a framework to guide the reflective evaluation of the content, quality, and effectiveness of program curriculum—an essential part of academic stewardship. Program Review enhances and ensures the quality of teaching we provide and learning we expect from our students.
