Office of Faculty Communications

The Office of Faculty Communications (OFC) connects Austin Community College (ACC) faculty to opportunities and information that boost student success at every level of the College. We want every ACC educator to be informed, motivated, and engaged “from hire to retire” because when faculty are more engaged in their classroom, department, and institution, students are more successful on their educational journey.

Faculty Communications collaborates with College Marketing and Student Affairs and over a dozen other partners across the College to share relevant messaging.

A part of the OFC, the Instructional Web Projects (IWP) team is dedicated to building student-facing instructional websites and applications that contribute to student success and persistence. As a small, agile team, our primary focus is on ACCessibility and inclusive design, ensuring the best possible experience for the widest audience. Our services include website design and redesign, offering comprehensive support whether creating something new or refreshing an existing product. We also provide migration support for sites hosted on other platforms, seamlessly transferring them to a modern WordPress environment.
